We’ve become the largest U.S. control panel manufacturer, with product capabilities ranging from single-button control stations to large multi-door panels and services that include panel customization, finishing treatments, and more.

Our team of experienced panel fabricators constructs our panels with an emphasis on superior craftsmanship as well as compliance with customer specifications. We’re committed to providing creative panel solutions to help customers reduce costs and stay competitive in their market, and our facility, staff, and related resources lend us the capacity to do just that.

Our Facilities

Operating out of 120,000 square feet of facility space spread out over six buildings in Ohio, Panel-Fab technicians fulfill requests for custom panels, systems, and components for customers around the world. We construct our panels according to stringent industry safety and quality standards. Our company and facilities are compliant with CUL, ETL, Mil-Spec, U.L., and VDE standards. As the country’s leading panel fabricator, we leverage our well-equipped, modern facilities to produce innovative, safe, and reliable control panel technologies and maximize process control efficiency across numerous sectors.

Our Production Capacity

With the capacity to handle virtually any project at any scale, our experienced panel engineers and technicians ensure every panel is built-to-print and tested for full confirmation and acceptance. Our team of over 330 employees gives us the workforce to handle everything from one-off prototypes to high-volume production runs. To offer optimal lead times that meet our clients’ tight production schedules, we run two shifts with 150+ employees per shift for round-the-clock production.
