Panel-Fab is a custom manufacturer of control panels and enclosures, founded in 1979 and headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. With over 120,000 sq. ft. of workspace across six facilities and certifications that include UL, ESA, CE, ETL, VDE, and Military Spec Standards, we build panels to the specifications each project demands. Pneumatic control panels use compressed air to operate valves, cylinders, and other mechanical components within a control system. Where electrical signals handle logic and data, pneumatic force delivers physical motion that drives production. These technologies can come together inside an enclosure to balance speed, precision, and safety.
At Panel-Fab, our pneumatic control panels serve industries where mechanical response and fail-safe operation are essential. In HVAC and power distribution systems, pneumatic actuators are used with airflow dampers and fluid valves. In manufacturing and automotive assembly, they can drive clamping, pressing, and positioning sequences on the production line.

Whether you need a standalone pneumatic enclosure or a panel that integrates pneumatic and electrical controls, we are able to engineer and build it to your needs.
Electrical panel building is a discipline that combines mechanical assembly, precision wiring, and functional verification. At Panel-Fab, our skilled technicians manage each stage of the process, from mounting components on panels and rails to routing, terminating, and labeling wire runs.
Our electrical panel building process covers several phases:
Technicians work to mount breakers, contactors, relays, PLCs, transformers, and other components to the enclosure according to specifications. We handle everything from compact stations to full-sized multi-door cabinets.
Using dedicated wire processing machines, we can cut, strip, and terminate conductors to the length your schematic requires. Wire routing follows the print, and every connection receives a label for clear identification during commissioning and future maintenance.
Each panel we manufacture goes through testing at our facility. We are able to verify functional operation against the specifications before providing full confirmation of acceptance.
We support electrical panel building projects of any size, which can be seen in our portfolio of work spanning across industries. Our 330-person workforce operates across two shifts, day and night, giving us the capacity to meet tight production schedules. Typical lead times for control panel manufacturing run approximately four to six weeks, depending on project scope and component availability.
Panel-Fab holds compliance with all relevant standards, including industry-specific and other relevant standards for safety and quality, and we have exported finished panels worldwide. We also maintain AutoCAD capabilities and offer additional services, such as point-to-point wiring harnesses and field kit hardware assembly.
